I pay attention to the service and to the hotel being truly non-smoking. Next to the comfort. I stayed in this hotel twice and all personnel was welcoming, warm, and friendly. The hotel has no smoke odor and it feels good to be there. There is a breakfast including bagels, toast, cream cheese, jam, milk, hot and cold cereal, coffee, tea, yogurt. The bed was comfortable, the rest of the room was clean and convenient, with small fridge and microwave. It was not very noisy during the day. And, when you choose a hotel on a busy road, you can't expect it to be quiet. I'll be happy to stay there again.

Breakfast was ample. Nothing hot except oatmeal. Sugar free cranberry juice would have been nice. They did have non-dairy liquid creamer which was great! Perhaps Yogurt with lower sugar like a Greek Yogurt would have been nice. Staff was VERY accommodating . We had requested and received an ADA accessible room which was very helpful. TV worked fine once it was fixed. We appreciated that we were given some extra time to check out; since my wife has mobility problems. The hotel was located in a very convenient area to find restaurants and other services.

Friendly easy check-in, (they let us check in early), we got our requested ground floor room, fairly comfortable bed, soft pillows, good Wi-Fi, good size TV, good location, a stone's throw from Denny's and short walk to other restaurants. Also worth mentioning, we were on the back side of the motel on a Friday night and even so it was very quiet. Having a fridge in the room was very handy to store restaurant leftovers and other thing needing it.

There was no hot breakfast. However, they provided a banana, small container of yogurt and orange juice, and a small pack of cookies. Would have preferred a hot meal but what was provided was decent. Coffee was included as well. The room was clean and there was a fridge, and the TV was nice. Furniture was nice as well. A desk and a couple chairs were helpful when working.
